moat was an unpleasant bully, if he was still alive he probably would be out of prison in a few years to do something worse. anyone who condones his actions or said the police overstepped the mark are deluded. he made his choice and he suffered the conseqeances, end of story.

Nobody really knows...but his theory of kill the troublesome was used by many despots,and rightly so.
Jailing someone doesn't remove the problem if their is a chance they can get out and bite your a**e. Death removes the problem permanently at no further cost than a bullet.

Why would you want to keep a good for nothing, self pitying, bullying pr1ck like him alive?

Did you watch the programme? up until the point he 'broke' he surely had a right to life? even if in prison...

The police look to preserving life, because if they don't they become judge and jury... but a killer with a gun to his own head... wouldn't a high calibre round to his temple be the best for all?
