Hello,
I have returned home to find water running from a pipe down the outside wall of my flat. The pipe appears to be from the back of my Ravenheat Boiler and the water was warm. I have turned the heating off but the water continues to run from the pipe outside. The water escaping is now cold but continues to pour down the wall Is there anything I can do to stop the water flowing overnight until I get the landlord to have it looked at tomorrow?
There is no model number I can see on the boiler. I hold my hands up to being completely ignorant about plumbing/boilers so any advice would be hugely appreciate no matter how obvious it may seem to the more experienced.
Thanks
