Ravenheat boiler

We have an on going problem with our LS100.
The boiler was installed a couple of years ago & since install has had a persistent problem that I would like some advice on if possible.
The boiler shuts down on a regular basis, quite often but not exclusively, when the hot water demanded or shut off.... the orange light comes on.
Once the orange light button is pressed the boiler happily carries on until the next incident.
We had the British gas engineers to look at the boiler & they were in & out over a period of 5 months, during which they replaced just about every part of the boiler, then gave up!! .... Following some escalations they did come back & seemed to have got the machine working, however this was at the start of the summer & since we have put the heating on again & or the whether has got cold the problems have returned.
Anyone any ideas?????

Why have you not had Ravenheat out under warranty instead of BG?

The boiler is over two years old now ..... & initially we had the British gas cover so didnt think we needed Ravenheat support!!

So as well as BG not knowing how to fix it, you have been paying un-necessarily fo their incompetence as well

bg also has good engineers, both told me so
