Thanks everyone

There are so many BAL grouts and adhesives! not sure which one I need?

I am tiling the kitchen wall and then a concrete floor.

My b/f and I will strip the old tiles off :)

Topps tiles will be rubbing their little grubby hands as soon as you walk in. In my opinion if the adhesive is over £15 a bag you are being had. Don't let them convince you it is worth £40 or whatever the hell they sell it at these days.

pmsl ere at that comment skitz...  ...
what do you suggest the op uses to fix tiles then!!!!...

the "all in one crap" that the sheds sell!!! or BLUE TAK...!!!

It's not what adhesive he is using (even though BAL is very overpriced), it is the place he is buying it from ...Topps. You know as well as I do they subsidize their tile sales by charging far too much for adhesive.
Weber is the adhesive I was referring to...or Ardex...

Or just mix your £10 notes up in a paste with super glue and use that ;)

It's good stuff which ever way you look at it & the cheapest option will be your local tile specialist, if they stock it; or internet if you can order enough to beat the delivery surcharge. If not, negotiation is the way to go so just kick the Topps "manager" squarely in the balls; most branches (but I admit not all) will give you a healthy discount if you do it right & are serious enough. ;)
