Hi all,

I have a redfyre 100 range cooker. The oven seems to keep overheating and the cut out red button pops out every time the oven comes on to heat up.
I think this is the oven thermostat that is playing up perhaps?
I phoned up the rangemaster spare parts ABGO and rangemaster themselves who said that this part is now obsolete and discontinued part number (C602906).
I have looked at the thermostat currently in place and it is this: Cotherm 3915 GTLH0277 1-2 AC 20A 250V OF 6574.

I have tried searching for this online and I cant find anything that seems to match.
I was wondering if anyone knows or can send me a link to a thermostat to buy which will do the job?
Thanks very much.

I think that's a water temp control one, not an oven one. But thanks for looking. Ive searched online gor hours and got in a right muddle with it!

Yes, and sorry, the wrong stat. If you really are absolutely stuck, see if you can adapt another model of stat to use. You just (just?) need an oven stat rated 240vac 25amps. Failing that, you could use a much lower current rating, via a suitably rated relay.

I would look at replacing with an oil Aga thermostat. If the current knob will not fit the shaft, that is easily rectified.
