Hi,
We are looking to offer on a Victorian terrace, which has been let to students & as a result has had the chimney breast / stack removed from the first floor.
It is intact on the ground floor, but the first floor, the attic and the bit above roof level, have all been removed.
I really want to reinstate what would be the original 4 flues, rebuilding the stack, but have no clue whether this is a major project or not. It will
Ultimately impact whether I go for the house, as is currently baren of any features & I would love to give it some Victorian features back.
Does anyone have any idea was cost I would be looking at to reinstate 4 working fireplaces and rebuild from the first floor up? On the ground floor the breast and hearth are intact.
Thanks in advance!
