Relocating toilet to main bathroom?

Waste plumbing is not my expertise by any stretch, so I don't know how feasible it is, but in the photo below, could the toilet be relocated to the main bathroom?

I would imagine the main factor would be which way the joists run, but not sure how I would determine that?

Perhaps put the toilet next to the door on the wall with the arrow on, also have a dwarf wall to add some privacy.
In order to tell what way the joists run, they are perpendicular to the direction of the floorboards (usually). So if you can see any of those by lifting carpet outside etc. That will usually help.

Can you see where the soil stack is on the outside of the house? Toilet side or Bathroom side?
You will need to be able to pipe through to that without making massive holes in the joists.
Unless the soil stack is on the side with the windows, in which case you just core drill to the outside and pipe back to the stack.
