I've been working through the night, as a volunteer shifting the stones to Summer Time.

Lovely weather too here in Essex.
Are you making the meal for the MiL? We've got our kids and grandkids coming round and I’m doing a roast. The beef is coming up to room temperature as I type. Season it, sear it to seal it, cook at 160° until it hits 40° in the middle then rest for at least an hour before carving. It’ll be perfect.
