Remove paint residue off black porcelain floor tiles

I got white emulsion paint spots on my new black porcelain bathroom floor. I removed all the paint but there is still a residue there. Can anyone tell me how to remove this emulsion paint residue

clean it with a cement cleaner from lithofin, available at all good tile stores and some bad ones, plus online
