Remove Silicon Sealant from skirting board

Hi All

Our builder/plumber has put silicone around the skirts/floor join before we've painted it ... so paint won't stick

Its undercoated MDF skirts and laminate floor

Whats the best way to remove it ?

you could try silicone sealant remover, softens the silicone and lets you peel it back off, can get it in a tube like you get silicone.

don't know how it will react with the laminate so be careful!
