Remove the grout from around the edges before you do anything else... use a grout scraper.

best thing to do is to remove grout and then hit centre of offending tile with a cold chisel.

Until it sticks to your hand.....then explain the blisters to your mates .......cover the holes in the tiles with some stick on decorative fishes.Idid in my bathroom

HA HA very funny fellas! I keep my cold chisel in my tool box along with my left handed screwdriver and glass hammer!

Its not hard to remove 1 tile start in the middle & take care when you get to the edges or the adjacent tile will crack.
