Hi guys, I'm just about to mask up for tomorrows job of painting my sons room.. I've noticed that when someone has painted previously paint has bled onto the frames.. Any tip on how I can remove this prior to masking?

Also on the other photo you will notice that the frames have been nail gunned on and holes filled but not finished.. How would I make these good?

Many thanks all.

Good shout mate, got some here so will give it a go. Just been going round with a warm wet cloth, having decent results.

Thanks!

Use a Stanley blade and scrape it downwards. It will come off clean. If you use any form of cloth or wipes this will touch the wall and look unsightly.

Job done now I expect but wrapping the wipe around a scraper/filling knife helps to get a clean line.
