Having a real tough time with this one and reaching out for help.

I’ve used hot water with fabric softener. Also used a spiked roller. This small section has taken me over an hour. I have four walls to do…

Thanks in advance.

Scrape all the knobbly bits off with a scraper ALL OVER, THEN soak, so the water soaks into the exposed paper; rather than not soaking into the painted area.
And keep soaking it, and it leave it to soak while you work on another wall.

Score paper, soak heavily with sponge, leave overnight and it should peel off
