I would like to remove part of the chimney stack to create space in the loft.
There is one wood burner flue liner and chimney pot fitted recently to one of the chimneys.
What is the best option in this case?

- Remove complete chimney stack to the floor level in the loft and attach new twin flue liner with new flashing to run through the roof.
- Remove other 3 chimneys or just half to the floor level in the loft and keep the flue lined stack as it is, attach new lead flashing to the new slim stack above the roof. Might have to rebuild the stack above the roof on two sides because different bricks are used on the inside of the chimney (not needed if only half of the stack is removed as the back side is not visible) (See the pics)
