Removing t-piece feeding to fridge freezer.

Hi.

I'm looking to remove a t-piece that is used to feed water to a fridge freezer.

Here is the pipe work.


Going left is he the outside tap. Going down is the fridge freezer. Left is into main circuit.

So I need to disconnect the fridge freezer part but connect the outside tap still.

You could use this as a chance to plumb in your garden tap properly instead of that cheapo DIY kit.

Buy a 15mm straight coupler, isolate water, disconnect Tee, connect, turn water back on.

You need to remove that valve and hose pipe, add in an ISO valve, double check valve, then a drain then a piece of copper through the wall and join that to a wall plate elbow and then add a bib tap into that. Easy Peasy
