Removing Wardrobe Head

Can anyone tell me if there are any issues with removing this bulk head for floor to ceiling sliding wardrobes. Or taking it up a little for a standard height sliding wardrobe (custom fit are 3x as much!) Doesnt look structural to me? how can I tell? The width of the bulk head is 90mm approx.

It's the loft above that. The joists run the same way as the wardobe opening

Anyone got any more opinions on this. Seems very hollow sounding and you can easily drill through the wall with a cordless.

If there is nothing resting on it in the loft then its not a structural wall.

That's kind of the logic I am following. Really can't see how a wall so weak could be structural.
