my friend has just bought a Renault kangoo van and it wont start. You turn the key and the immobiliser light flashes, but we have a key with a button on but this does not do anything (ie lock or unlock the van), we also have a key fob with a lock and unlock button that does lock and unlock the van.
sometimes while holding the unlock button down on the fob it will start, but very rarely. when it does start it will run all day, but if you switch it off it will not start again, you can play and try to re synch the key with fob and it is hit and miss if it will start or not.
Does any one have any ideas or suggestions please??
