Repair broken arris rail

Hi,

One of my arris rails has broken right in the middle of the length. I guess I need to replace it, but for a quick fix is there a bracket I can use? I've searched Google, but the only ones that come up are brackets to fix the end of the rail to the fence post.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
