Repairing a Bath Surface

I'm currently decorating our bathroom and while I was removing the existing tiles, I accidently dropped one of them into the bath - creating a small graze to the surface!

The wife isn't happy - are there any products would help repair this?

The damage should only be superficial. Take her out for a nice meal and the incident will soon be forgotten and the relationship still intact

what sort of surface does the bath have? Is it porcelain?
