I am replacing the old switch to new switch (2 way 2 gang). The top one is the new switch. The bottom one is the old switch. L11 and L12 are no cable connected.

I can't figure out where to put these wires properly on the new switch. Any all help will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.

Switch 1 is for toilet.
Switch 2 is for outside corridor.

It does not make sense looking a bottom switch. With on/off line in goes to com, and line out either L1 or L2 selection of L1 or L2 changes if switch on when down or up, since switch can be mounted either way up, L1 and L2 can be swapped.

With the standard wiring of two way line in goes to L1 or L2 and line out L1 or L2 and com connects to other switch. Either way must have all three terminals used for two way switching, so bottom left looks OK but bottom right seems to have a wire missing or one of blacks should be in L22.

Standard two way wiring, this

was taught at school but it would require a block connector in the switch so not normal in practice.

The thing that may change if either or both of the switch operates the wrong way (on=up & off=down) then move from L(A or B)1 to its L2.

There are no 2way circuits on this it just happens to be a 2way switch.
