Hello, just tried to service the Thermostatic Cartridge on my Aqualisa Midas 100 exposed Shower Valve Mixer system and due to limescale it wont budge. As the Valve is circa 8 years old and the on/off cartrideg is temperamental, and the Grub screw drips water, thought it was a good time to replace whole valve (and looking at prices of Cartridges it seems more economical to replace whole system) - I came across the below mixer valve on ebay and wondered if anyone had any views on it? Thank you........

It's an ultra cheap no-name generic shower valve. It will probably work for a while. When it breaks, you will be buying another one. Repeat until you realise that ebay tat is not such a bargain after all.

Far better to buy a new valve or complete shower from the likes of Screwfix or Toolstation.
