Can anyone direct me on a replacement for one of these? Does the whole unit get replaced because I can't figure out how to access the bulb inside if not. And I can see how to access the writing at the lamp end either...

Any guidance appreciated.

On the end of that wire theres likely a Driver usually has a little plug on it, it could be either part failed and generally not repairable.
It may be a 240v unit with the driver built in, again not really repairable.

I can't quite read the label on the fitting (picture 2). But this may give you a clue as to a direct replacement.
