replace ideal mexico super 2 chute grill

Hi Im trying to extend my garage but i have ideal Mexico boiler grill that sticks out of my external wall. It will be in the area that is supposed to be covered by the extension but instead of a chute it has a grill (see attached). Can some one please advice if i can have a standard chute instead that could stick out of my future roof in that area. many thanks

Cannot alter that flue in any way whatsoever so its new boiler time
