Replaced battery on scantronic 9651 and yellow line fault led remains on

I changed battery ( due to low battery warning and alarm on user panel ) and reentered access code after it was replaced and cover put back on main panel box
However yellow line fault led stays on.
When i key in my code again to try and clear it sounds a short alarm and message then reads : “5 problems set ? “ And shows Red engineer light on as well as yellow. If I key in my code again it goes back to sowing today’s date but yellow light still on I can’t seem to clear it. Also notice no green mains led on user panel. Help /advice please !!

Put in your code and when it says 5 problems press 1 it will display the first fault if it says inactive then that fault has been restored and just needs the tick to acknowledge but if it’s still active then the fault needs rectifying
