Replaced BFP 11R3

The OP is a pillock he states that he has fitted a BFP oil pump to his burner and then states that it is set to RIELLO's Spec??? hello!
Riello Dont use BFP PUmps!! they make thier own the Burner fitted to the trinco is an Ecoflam MAX this whole post is a complete WIND UP!! :evil:
YOU CANNOT SET UP A FUEL PUMP BY MEASURING TURNS OF THE PRV!!

You haven't set the pump pressure or carried out a combustion check. CO, CO2, CO/CO2 ratio, flue gas temp, smoke test. You've assumed they're the same as before but you haven't checked. In the unlikely event something went wrong you WOULD be deemed to have guessed these things and classed as incompetent or neglegent. Using your child as an excuse won't help either. You've dismissed as unhelpful any advice that does not fit your slapdash approach to boiler work.
