Replacement Lightbulb K4?

We have 3 x downlighters in our ensuite, which we have inherited with our house. The bulb appears to have blown on one of them.

Having removed it from the holder, the bulb says :

BRILLIANTLINE
20W12V36D (or 360?)
PHILIPS K4

I've only ever dealt with GU10 downlighters, so want to check what I'm getting. I did a google and found these: Philips Brilliantline Dichroic 20W GU4 30

So, can I buy and fit any GU4 bulb? Are there energy saving alternatives?

Have a look for 20W MR11 lamps.

This is their more common name and you should have more joy finding them.

Any 20W MR11 lamp will be fine, but stick with one of the main brands such as philips, osram or sylvania.

Not sure about a low energy alternative, but I think it is unlikely.
