Hi all,
I replaced our kitchen sink tap as a DIY job. Unfortunately in doing so the compression joints on the copper piping have now started leaking - I believe I over-tightened some so have only myself to blame.
Question is - what's my best move now? Should I:
- replace the compression joints with new ones? How easy would this be to do?
- totally replace the piping, in which case should I replace with flexible piping and put a new valve in?
- call in a professional plumber to sort out my mess?
Any advice would be great as I'm a bit of a plumbing novice!
