Replacing Plastic Inspection Chamber with Metal

I need help guys. We had a plastic inspection chamber on the drive which my van wheel smashed though.

I want to replace with with a metal one. See attached photos. The metal one is the same 300mm size but I'm not sure if I can just cement it down as is or if I should have a sleeve type thing like on the old plastic one for it to screw or sit in.

That metal one will, I am afraid, probably soon buckle under the weight of your van, they're only really designed for pedestrian traffic. Thanks guys. I actually got it done with a different one. Of course the damned thing was bigger so I had to cut the bricks. Crap job done but at least it's done. Thanks.
