How easy is it to replace the thermostats on an Apollo Fanfare boiler?

Only problem you have to look out for is don`t pull the wires off but ease them off with a flat bladed screw driver . HI an LO stat are identified by a coloured dot on top. Don`t mix them up an change one at a time so you don`t mix wiring up. Tiny screw can be a little bit fiddley.. You might as well change pump over run stat at same time while it is apart . Bottom right hand corner fitted into frame work of boiler about the size of a 10p piece. Isolate power at fused spur, dont just turn clock to off as some of wires will still have power to them

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of doing all three stats, but thanks for the suggestion.

I am, however, more concerned about the problems which may arise when I open the case. Reading other posts on this Forum makes me think that the Apollo Fanfare is a dangerous beastie and I wouldn't want to do anything which could have undesirable consequences. :(

The installation manual on Parts Arena says that you have to remove the inner case, as well as the outer; and it's the inner case which seems to be the cause of all problems. Do I have to take the inner case off to get at the thermostats? If so, how do I ensure that it has been replaced properly?
