Hi there, I'm new to this forum so not sure if this is the right place for this topic. I wondered if any one can help with information regarding turning a once commercial property that was converted into a residential property and turning it back into a commercial one again. It would be a Hair salon/spa and not much structural work would be done none at all really just some wash points and electrical points. Thanks for any help.

You will need to check the current "use class" in terms of planning regulations, as you may need to apply for change of use from domestic to A1 (shops)
The internal alterations are not so much a problem but will then require build regulation permission
