response 120 keeps tripping electrics ?

simply put - it's Fkd

most likely cause is a failed heat exchanger leaking into the burner and shorting the electrodes.

Ghastly boilers is the only description.
 
if it has the old style water pressure switch its more likely to be that.
 
or low system pressure switch. bit slow aint I :oops:

It was Kevin who did not explain how a leaking diaphragm could cause the system pressure to increase.
