Restore

I have just installed a Pyronix 46 v10.
self install in my commercial property as a replacement system.
It has been running fine for two days and nights but this morning is showing a tamper alarm and that it needs a re-store.
I can't find the tamper and have no idea on how to restore, any ideas or advise, please?

What is the exact tamper message?

Hi, sorry for the late reply, it says - Active faults - Tamper on input. strangely it has now dropped the restore message.
Cant set it at all not even force it.

Read the event log
D master code
Press no until review log
Press yes
Press B to scroll through log
When display says tamper input press c and show tell what tamper fault is.

One thing you need to check is engineer restore settings.
Tamper reset,confirm reset etc.
It will be set to engineer reset unless you changed it when you programmed the panel.
