Reversing camera monitor

I would like a bigger screen for my reversing camera & am looking at these. The resolution seems to be the main difference, but would it be noticeably different for such a difference in price. Thanks.

As @sparkymarka writes, the other screen has a bigger range of inputs, so it's not just the resolution.

The cheaper screen is really low resolution compared to basic video.

A signal that you would get through the yellow (composite video) connector has a widescreen resolution of 720x576 pixels. That cheaper screen doesn't even rate as half the horizontal resolution (2x234 doesn't equal 576). Even with the small screen size, I still think you'd notice the lack of resolution.
