Rewire pir to half lantern (1)

I need to rewire my pir to my half lantern as the mrs wants it to be auto when she's by front door.
I disconnected it a while ago and can't remember where the pir blue /brown and red wire goes to.

For most Pirs,
Brown = Live in supply, (connecter 3)
Blue =Neutral in supply, also with the Blue Neutral output to lamp, (connecter 1)
Red= Live output to lamp, usually in its own connecter with the Brown to the lamp

Hi so is it blue to blue and brown and red to the brown and none in earth like my new photo

How do you expect it to work like that?
The Brown has to be separate to the Red, the Brown will indeed go in connecter 3, but as said i would have expected a 4th connecter, maybe it was a wire nut and you cut it off, this would connect the Red to the Lightbulbs Brown wire, obviously after you remove it from connecter 3

OK thanks Rocky I'll have a look in my shed see if I've put it aside if not I guess I'll buy a new lamp.. Then I can use this one in back garden ta.. Mike
