With regard to your knowledge of the gas industry I would have someone else carry out the works.

I have just done the brakes on my bugatti veyron so cant see any reason why you cant do a gas cert on your ex council flat errr sorry extensive property portfolio.

But yes, I thought it would be a conflict of interest & wondered if any other RGIs had property they Let out & what reaction they get from their LA?
I'm not too sure if it's the same in other parts of the UK? But here in Scotland all Private Landlords need to register their property.
