Rics survey report came any suggestions

Rics survey level came and these things shows urgent attention.is it serious enough ?
It’s not expensive to repair?

Any thoughts welcome.

The survey suggests obtaining quotes. It does not indicate the current state of the elements.
Without knowing the state of the elements it's impossible to judge the cost.
You'd need to take a few pictures of the elements, especially the more important ones, like the roof, the rainwater fixings, the windows and walls, etc.

That's a terrible report. I'm a surveyor and that report tells me nothing, so how you're supposed to be informed by it I don't know.

It's all doom and gloom by the looks of it because there is no context to any of the comments.

The reference to testing textured coatings and fire sealing to party walls is valid albeit very general, and the rest of it is complete generalised nonsense.

Go back to the author and get every comment clarified.

Did they accidentally insert the table of every possible defect?!

Take the third page and refer the codes (C, D1, D2, D3 etc,) back to the relevant page and it should explain what the defect is. It all seems pretty innocuous, but those screenshots aren't the whole report.

Yes I don’t know is these house which I am buying is ok or no,because when reading report it’s shows all things to be repaired
