I am going to suggest the unit is over 10years old and should be replaced anyway.

Risco UK are discontinuing Agility range, the wireless uses the same technology but it would be worth checking new units are compatible.

Make sure it’s in correctly and power cycle the panel if the tamper is still on the smoke it is either not fitted correct or broken.

The panel does a check when it’s power cycled so should be the easiest way for you to clear the fault.

A lot of there devices need walk testing to clear tampers for the device.

I have managed to clear it by entering engineer mode and exiting a couple of times without touching the smoke alarm, didnt realise it would need replacing after a certain amount of time, as for risco ill never buy another one these again, it was an asap purchase through a company after an attempted break in, if I ever change it, it will be to a pyronix system for ease of parts.
