Point is, when fuel and food go up, conservatives/Brexit gets the blame. When the same things go down, nothing to do with them. Can’t have it both ways.

Prices are going up less slowly than they were, but given the compound nature of inflation they are a hell of a lot more than they were a couple of years ago and won't go down overall...
And the reason for the fall in inflation is that most people don't have the money to make ends meet...
If it weren't for brexit the inflation target would have already been met, because the pound would have been at pre 2016 levels and imports cheaper...

And inflation is never going away, dumbo. It’s always going to be here - that’s why houses are now £500k instead of £3k and wages are a grand a week and not fifty bob.

Are you confused with pounds, shillings and pence, and decimal currency?
Do you really mean 50 bob, i.e £2 10s, or do you mean 5 bob (25p), or even 50p, i.e 10 shillings?
You'd have to go back to WW1 for average wage to be 50 bob/£2 10s, and probably pre 1900 for the average wage to be the equivalent of 50p/10 shillings.
The current average wage is about £34,000 per annum (£650 per week. Nowhere near your £1000 per week, (£52,000 per annum)

Everything is going up. It’s called inflation. 3.7% isn’t too bad in these times. Most savers are getting more than that in interest.

Conservatives governments privatising energy has left consumers unprotected against profiteering
Covid and Ukraine war have led to global inflation, nothing to do with Conservatives or Brexit or Rishi Sunak
Inflation coming down also nothing to do with Rishi Sunak.
But despite inflation falling, price increases due to brexit and govt decisions still mean things cost more
