Roofing spacing for cut roof. Triple rafters and joists.

Am i correct in thinking that its a 1/3 of the timber now it takes on a new angle rather than just a 1/3 of the width of the timber at 145mm The height above plate is 126 + 63 mm = 189mm. 1/3 of that is 63mm. Can i cut these measurements rather than what i have in my drawing above which is 1/3 of 145mm leaves a 48mm seat cut and a 40mm plumb cut.
