Rouge Estimate on Costs of Side Return Extension

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can give a very rough idea of the costs for a side return extension. The area we are extending into is 1.6 m wide and 5m long, And would require a steel beam.

We are in South East UK if that helps.

I appreciate it might be a bit of a guess, with lots of potential variables, but am just looking for a very general idea, if people have worked on, or had similar work done.
