Without seeing the job I have no idea.

Does gas supply comply to refs?

    Does condensate follow manufacturer's requirements

    Will controls meet new regs?

What degree of cleansing does the system require?

Why not have a home at answering my earlier questions?

I posed an open question to Lemon.

And no. For the reasons I have already given.

So if you have no clue how much it costs to run a bona-fide gas installation business, how am I supposed to to see through the Internet to the Op's house and give him a figure for the installation of which I have no useful information on other than he wants a rubbish boiler fitting?

well, i thought you would be able to give the op a clue as to what you would charge, i thought you may be able to work out that if everything was in place, nothing was a problem, nothing much needed changing, nothing needed power flushing, bish bash bosh...it could be x amount of money, but if everything needed doing, then it could possibly be as much as x....
but i dont blame you keeping your cards close to your chest tho

I don't have the pertinent information so I have no cards. I don't know why you find this so hard to understand

  14. Ok let’s assume everything is the same and meets all current requirements/regulations.
I doubt that will be the case but I’ll play the game.
Labour cost would be approximately £6-800+vat.

That’s it! You said it! Not a penny more than £600... even if half the wall is falling down and it takes you 3 days! :ROFLMAO:;)

  16. Well if the wall is falling down it won’t meet current standards ;)
