My current bathroom is 3.4 x 1.8m, it is very basic and has basic style tub, basin and toilet pan. I am looking to get it all stripped out and re-fitted with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit sink and concealed cistern. And also get it fully tiled floor and walls. I'm going to be supplying and paying for the materials and stuff myself and going to get some quotes for full labor. Any ideas what kind of cost range will be reasonable and what I can expect?

Thanks

£3K including sundries eg tile adhesive/grout etc but no fittings eg the bog. The big variable will be what needs to be done to the walls ie will the existing tiles pop off easily or will all the walls need re-plastering etc.

yes, expect someone to quote for the worst-case scenario of nightmare existing tiles and the making good thereafter
