Rsj calculations

Hello

Can any 1 on here do rsj calcs, I have photos, measurements, ect...

It's a 3.5 meter rsj that I need, open up the kitchen....3 bed semi, load bearing wall....
I have a 203-103-25k beam, this is probably over kill.....
What do you think and can any1 get calcs for this please?

Don’t think you will get your beam designed on here. Need to see the house to do this to see what loads are above, or at least have some proper drawings to post to an engineer.

If you are really, really lucky you might be able to submit a building notice and your building inspector might tell you if he is happy with the beam just from his experience of watching these being put in every day but otherwise you will need a local surveyor/engineer to come out to see it
