Help!!! I am fitting an rsj into a 4" therm block wall the opening is 2m 600 the rsj is 100 w x 200 depth i have allowed for 9" overlap each end but having felt the weight of the rsj im concernd if this is enough overlap?? it is supporting the first floor bedroom jiost's

A 100mm thermolite block wall, there are no pillars its as if i am widening a doorway to 2m 600 opening, I will use a padstone 100mm x 200mm the rsj is 3mtrs long and very heavy wich is my concern as its only resting on a small section end of wall?

You're worrying unnecesarily - the weight of the RSJ is nothing compared to what it could be carrying from the floor joists upstairs. Thermalite isn't the best for load-bearing but with a decent padstone underneath it should be fine.
