RSJ support on block and beam floor

Good morning all,

Does anyone know if it possible to build a RSJ supporting pillar off of a block and beam floor?
 
Slim to none I'm afraid. Even if someone was to consider calculating for it you would probably need to expose it to confirm its spec.
