Rubbing compound

Used a two pack paint on my car today, first coat metallic and second coat lacquer.Instructions say don't use any rubbing compounds on the metallic paint but you should use medium rubbing compound on the lacquer coat. Can anyone advise me on what compound i should be using and where i can find it.

Many thanks for the name of the rubbing compound to seek out.it seems it's a favourite with the auto trade.

Its one of the best,3m's good too,t cut do a good 2k compound too.
But Ferecla be the best
