Anyone disagree with this:

Is it "dependents" or "dependants".

Does he need English lessons.

I would certainly have phrased it differently. Its a vote winner for sure.

Is this the guy who got kicked out of Reform because he was too right wing.

Lucky that Southern Europe doesn't apply those rules, otherwise all the British immigrants would have to come back here.
Are there British immigrants living abroad that are supported by other countries when they have no house, no healthcare, are unable to support themselves and hating the way of life of the country they are living in? Where would that be?

It's wasn't an And requirement, only one would mean sending them back. So those frequenting English cafes, speaking English in public places, or watching England football matches, should all be deported from Spain and Portugal.

Nope.

Headline grabbing guff, lapped up by idiots.

Btw, as you may know from other posts I've made, I am all for much tougher processes around immigration. However these overly simplistic statements help no one.

An example? He says 'Taking more than you give? Go home.'

What's the criteria for being sent home? What happens if an immigrant is here for 10 months, contributing more than they take. Then they lose their employment. Are they to be turfed out next day? Given a month to find employment? Two months? Three? Maybe that person would be temporarily unemployed for a few months, then employed again for years.

Maybe we should also consider deporting all the British born folk who can barely speak English and don't work? Including their kids who are a drain on us through additional benefits.

If they are a drain on Spain, most definitely but if they are paying their way, I see nothing wrong with that.

Language would definitely be one issue from RL's list.

Moaning that you can't get decent fish and chips might be another ;)

Where would you deport them to if they are British born?
