safety boots or trainers

what do you prefer? i have safety boots for work but i dont feel comfortable with them so i was thinkin bout gettin some trainers.

get the right boots and you wont even know your wearing them. (make sure you are though as could be a tad embarrassing turning up at a customers house with no shoes on!) You risk injury and little in the way of compensation if you wear trainers. I always wear altbergs when im working, comfertable, warm and safe.

If this is so then i would say no, because although you know they are saftey footwear other observers dont.

I used to wear safety boots, now I wear safety trainers; both are fine but I think I would go for the boots if I worked outdoors.

My theory is that trainers doesn't protect your ankle where'er boot does.

Depends on where you work. On site Boots are law. Off site and doing your own thing i don't suppose it matters if it's your own job
