Folks, explain why the socket needs replacing, please quote the relevent regs on it if you can, that way the OP has something more
to be able to go back at the HA with.

Going to have to have someone look at tried to just fix cover whole bloody thing was wonky and loose seems I have 2 sets of wires one running from downwards direction for a separate socket but whole things is falling off and isn't attached to the back plate flush... Is okay for one outlet to be feedong 3 sockets in total? The wires were a bugger as there so short and different lengths I was trying to attach one just for the other to pull away I want to do it myself if the setup is safe so I don't have to deal with HA
