Hi Guys,

I live in a coach house style building that is contructed on steel i-beams and a floating concrete floor. For a while we have noticed issues with doors not shutting and gaps from the floor to skirting.

Today I used my laser level with a tripod to check and I've seen nearly a inch sag in the centre beam of the house and now need to get a building surveyor in to check it.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a structeral surveyor in the south London area firstly and also, is there a way of strengthening an i-beam or would it need to be replaced?

Many Thanks
Mark
